Late September Caddis Hatch

I have never seen a caddis fly like this before. There were quite a lot of them by the creek today, so they should have been hatching very recently. I was looking for some similar caddis fly online, and it seems to be a species looking more like Ironoquia genus or Rhadicoleptus alpestris. It would be great to ask entomologists what they think. Location: Lithuania, Vilnius district. Maybe this september’s caddis is simply new to me, which is still awesome.
